3. Costing Estimates vs. Binding Production Contracts

Baytex to accept the production run, nor does it obligate your brand to proceed
with manufacturing.

Non-Binding Estimates: Any initial estimates regarding Minimum
Order Quantities (MOQs), landed FOB costs, or lead times provided via the
platform or email are non-binding.

Binding Financials: Binding financial parameters and guaranteed
production timelines are established only after physical sampling is approved
and a formal Purchase Order (PO) is executed.
4. Factory Network Certifications
We display information regarding our factory network’s certifications
(e.g., GOTS, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX).

Informational Display: While we audit our partners and rely
on official international registries, this platform data is provided for
informational purposes.

Contractual Verification: Final compliance guarantees,
verified audit trails, and Tier-1 to Tier-3 traceability documentation are
