We match your target volumes and fabric requirements to the specific capabilities of our 5 to 8 core factory partners. Any mismatched specifications or unrealistic costing expectations are flagged before a single meter of fabric is ordered.
Our in-house Dhaka pattern team translates your designs into physical samples. To reduce your financial risk during the development phase, 100% of the initial sampling fee is credited back to your account upon bulk order confirmation. You absorb zero sunk costs on successful production runs.
By aggregating production volume across our network, we secure guaranteed line-time for mid-tier MOQs. Your order is actively managed and never pushed to the back of the queue behind larger conglomerate orders, even during peak manufacturing seasons.
We mandate a standard 3% over-production buffer. This ensures our independent, floor-level QC team can instantly reject and replace flawed garments during inline sewing, yielding an accurate final shipment. All inspection data is logged and uploaded to your real-time inspection dashboard.
