Pre-Costing Protection
Before your files are shared with our Bangladesh production team or our factory network to assess line capacity, they are legally protected under EU jurisdiction.
Design Quarantine
Your tech packs, patterns, and target FOB prices are strictly secured against unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or competitive use.
Factory-Level Enforcement
We enforce these exact non-disclosure terms directly with our partner factories during the sampling and costing phases.
