Soumendra manages the financial security of your supply chain. He oversees secure LC (Letter of Credit) and TT routing, audits the financial health of our partner factories, and structures our REX-certified exports to ensure landed FOB costs remain protected and accurate.
Bimal runs the physical reality of our production. He directs manufacturing allocation across our nominated facilities, manages the local pattern-making teams, and strictly enforces our 3% production buffer and AQL parameters directly on the factory floor.

Execution HQ — Mirpur, Dhaka
Effective production monitoring requires physical separation from the manufacturing facility. Our operational headquarters is located in the commercial center of Mirpur, Dhaka, functioning entirely independently of our partner factory floors.

In-House Technical Staff
