We independently source and verify yarn, fabric GSM, and hardware trims prior to bulk production.

Our QC team conducts daily line checks during the sewing phase to identify sizing deviations, stitch tension issues, and cutting errors immediately.

Final inspections are conducted according to standard Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) parameters before any container is loaded.

We factor a 3%–5% production buffer into fabric bookings to replace units that fail inline inspections, ensuring you receive your full ordered quantity.
